DWF Group plc secured two new Crown Commercial Service (CCS) appointments. The company has been named as a supplier on the CCS e-Disclosure and Review Services Framework. This is an appointment for the Group's Legal Operations division which will provide services in three 'Lots' of work tendered under the Framework.

This includes a range of e-disclosure and managed document review services, including data identification, data processing, early case assessment, application of AI and analytics, data enrichment, trial preparation and managed document review. The Framework will run until March 2027. The company is already a supplier to the Crown Commercial Service Legal Services Framework for UK central Government.

In this capacity it has been appointed to provide regulatory legal services to the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA). DWF's integrated offering, drawing particularly on commercial legal services, forensic advisory, eDiscovery and in-house Chambers capabilities, was an important factor in securing this appointment. The appointment to support MCA will run for four years and will see teams from across DWF advise the MCA on all aspects of the regulatory environment, including investigations and prosecutions, initiatives to improve safety and support at inquests and public inquiries where necessary.
