DUNA HOUSE HOLDING Public Limited Company (seat: 1016 Budapest, Gellérthegy
str. 17, Hungary; company registration number: Cg. 01-10-04838; hereinafter referred to as "Company"), with reference to the detailed provisions on public notice obligation of Decree No. 24/2008. (VIII.15.) PM of the Minister of Finance publishes the following information within the form of extraordinary notice:
The participants in the Company's ESOP 2022/2024 program called their options for 230,220 pieces of Duna House ordinary shares as detailed in Annex 1. The Duna House ESOP Organisation exercised its option rights, and the Company transferred the shares to the ESOP Organisation on 7 May 2024. Remaining options of this program can be exercised until 29 April 2026.
On 7 May 2024, the number of treasury shares held by the Company after the transactions was 131,036.
