Duke Offshore Ltd. announced unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2012. For the quarter, the company reported net sales/income from operations of INR 13,942,808 against INR 22,659,000 a year ago. Profit from operations before other income, interest was INR 5,746,260 against INR 11,145,896 a year ago. Profit from ordinary activities before tax was INR 5,901,840 against INR 11,423,976 a year ago. Net profit for the period was INR 5,901,840 or INR 1.20 per diluted and basic share against INR 11,423,976 or INR 2.27 per basic and diluted share a year ago.
For the nine months, the company reported net sales/income from operations of INR 34,479,079 against INR 47,204,000 a year ago. Profit from operations before other income, interest was INR 13,201,121 against INR 23,197,904 a year ago. Profit from ordinary activities before tax was INR 13,161,836 against INR 22,317,227 a year ago. Net profit for the period was INR 13,161,836 or INR 2.67 per basic and diluted share against INR 22,317,227 or INR 4.44 per basic and diluted share a year ago.
