Dropsuite Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Julian Rockett and appointment of Mr. Kobe Li as Company Secretary, effective July 31, 2020. Mr. Li currently acts as company secretary for a number of ASX listed entities. Kobe is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and is admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Victoria.
