Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited announced that Mr. Rajat Kalra has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company on February 14, 2023, due to some personal reasons. His last working day will be on or before May 04, 2023 and shall be informed to office in due course. Date of Cessation: The last working day will be on or before May 04, 2023 and shall be informed to office in due course.
The Board will announce the successor in due course and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange(s).
