The principal activity of the Company is the development of its money management platform which enables its customers to manage their money through a smart mobile banking app and expansion of the offering to business to business. The Company’s business to business embedded banking platform services business Stakk is a full-service BaaS platform that enables brands to launch their own fintech products under private label, by embedding the Stakk technology into their Web and mobile applications through a core set of application programming interfaces (APIs) and software development kits (SDKs), managed through a single admin portal. Stakk offers a range of core banking services, including card issuing and processing, transaction accounts/wallets, installment loans and revolving credit, and automated money management. It has launched its new merchant gateway product Douugh Pay.
