Dongguan Kingsun Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002638) signed the acquisition memorandum to acquire 10% stake in Changsha Siqi Education Advisory Co., Ltd. on January 20, 2017. In a related transaction Dongguan Kingsun Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd signed the capital increase/acquisition memorandum to acquire 10% stake in Beijing Aotu Education Advisory Co., Ltd. The stake in Changsha Siqi Education Advisory Co., Ltd. can be acquired by way of capital increase or equity acquisition by Dongguan Kingsun Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd.
