Details:
Shares held by Cui Weixing, Cui Weigang, Xue Xie, and Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Deppon Investment Holding Co., Ltd. will be under lock-up for 36 months from the listing date.
Shares held by company's other shareholders will be under lock-up for 12 months from the listing date.

The company is mainly engaged in highway express business, express delivery business and other businesses.
