Delta Industrial Resources Limited Announces Resignation of Jitendra Kumar Agarwal as an Independent Director and Member of the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Delta Industrial Resources Limited announced that Mr. Jitendra Kumar Agarwal has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from July 7, 2021,due to other professional and family commitments and the same has been accepted and noted by the Board of Directors of the Company vide its Circular Resolution passed on July 07, 2021. Consequently,Mr. Jitendra Kumar Agarwal shall also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board effective July 7, 2021.
