Deep Yellow Limited (Deep Yellow or Company) advises the following issues as part of its annual incentive award program.

a) The issue of 66,573 ordinary shares following the vesting of performance rights in accordance with their terms;

b) The lapsing of 12,168 performance rights in accordance with their terms; and

c) The issue of 247,283 performance rights to Namibian Employees as part of the incentive award program.
