DCM Shriram Limited announced unaudited consolidated and standalone earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. For the quarter, on consolidated basis, the company reported total revenue from operations of INR 21,152.4 million compared to INR 17,837.3 million a year ago. Profit after tax was INR 2,249.1 million compared to INR 2,128.6 million a year ago. Net profit after share of profit of joint venture and minority interest was INR 2,256.5 million compared to INR 2,133.5 million a year ago. Basic and diluted EPS was INR 14.42 compared to INR 13.14 a year ago. PBIT was INR 3,170 million compared to INR 3,110 million a year ago.
For the nine months, on consolidated basis, the company reported total revenue from operations of INR 58,832.2 million compared to INR 54,405.0 million a year ago. Profit after tax was INR 6,104.7 million compared to INR 6,186.6 million a year ago. Net profit after share of profit of joint venture and minority interest was INR 6,126.9 million compared to INR 6,188.5 million a year ago. Basic and diluted EPS was INR 38.42 compared to INR 38.10 a year ago. PBIT was INR 9,040 million compared to INR 8,920 million a year ago.
For the quarter, on standalone basis, the company reported total revenue from operations of INR 20,897.3 million compared to INR 17,610.2 million a year ago. Profit after tax was INR 2,239.0 million compared to INR 2,211.4 million a year ago. Basic and diluted EPS was INR 14.31 compared to INR 13.62 a year ago.
For the nine months, on standalone basis, the company reported total revenue from operations of INR 58,100.9 million compared to INR 53,626.4 million a year ago. Profit after tax was INR 6,183.5 million compared to INR 6,265.8 million a year ago. Basic and diluted EPS was INR 38.77 compared to INR 38.58 a year ago.
