DCI Advisors Ltd - British Virgin Islands-based investor, which specialises in the luxury resort sector - In 2023 posts pretax profit of EUR6.9 million compared with loss of EUR5.8 million in 2022. Revenue totals EUR157,000 down from EUR318,000. Results benefit from positive EUR19.9 million change in valuations compared with negative EUR3.0 million a year prior.

The Companyâs portfolio is spread across coastal developable land and comprises large-scale, leisure-integrated residential resorts in Greece and Cyprus. Its projects include Kilada, Scorpio Bay Resort, Lavender Bay Resort, Plaka Bay Resort, Aristo Developers, and Apollo Heights Polo Resort.
