Shenyang Dashang New Mart Shopping and Leisure Plaza Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Dashang Group Anshan Commercial Investment Co., Ltd. from Dashang Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600694) for CNY 282.8 million on May 25, 2022. The transaction is subject to shareholders approval and has been approved by board of Dashang.
DASHANG CO., LTD. is a China-based company principally engaged in the commodity retailing business. The Company mainly provides men's and women's apparels, cosmetics, jewelries, watches and clocks, shoes, underwear, household products, household electrical appliances, drinks, food products and fruits through regular chain department stores, supermarkets and household electrical appliance stores. The Company mainly operates its business in domestic markets.
