Dare Technology Co., Ltd Approves Dividend for the Year 2012; Announces By-Election of Chen Conggong as Director

Dare Technology Co. Ltd. announced that at the Annual General Meeting held on 17 May 2013 approved the cash dividend of CNY 0.20000000 per shares (tax included) for the year 2012.
At the meeting the company also approved the by-election of Chen Conggong as director.
