Mark Hennebry is the new member of the Board of Directors of Danubius Hotels Nyrt.

The Board of Directors of Danubius Hotels Nyrt. informs its shareholders that with its resolution number 5/2014. Kgy. the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 24th April 2014 elected Mr Mark Hennebry of CP Holdings Ltd. to be member of the Board of Danubius Hotels Nyrt. as of the day of the general meeting for the period till the day of the annual general meeting to be held in the fifth year from the day of election but no later than 30 April 2019.

Mark Hennebry

Prior to joining CP Holdings, he was a Board Director for Maybourne Hotel Group and has over
25 years financial and hotel experience. Before that he was with Avestus Capital and was responsible for the asset management of the luxury hotel portfolio, including a number of Four
Seasons hotels located around Europe.
Previously he has worked in Hong Kong, Thailand, Borneo and the USA, holding senior positions within one of Thailand's largest publicly listed hotel groups (Laguna Resorts plc) and in
one of Asia's luxury hotel management companies (Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts). During this
time, he has been involved in the opening of luxury hotels, operating golf courses, development of associated spas, retail shops, resort condominiums, timeshare and residential development.
