Daito Me Holdings Co., Ltd (GTSM:8455) and Daito Me Co Ltd made a takeover bid to acquire an unknown minority stake in ShineMore Technology Materials Co., Ltd (GTSM:8291) on January 4, 2018. The transaction has been approved by the regulatory authority.
Daito Me Holdings Co., Ltd (GTSM:8455) and Daito Me Co Ltd completed the acquisition of 51.6% in ShineMore Technology Materials Co., Ltd (GTSM:8291) on January 16, 2018. As per terms 39.2 million shares are acquired.
Daito Me Holdings Co., Ltd is a Cayman Islands-based company engaged in the wholesale business of electrical and electronic parts, the automation business of industrial management, and the embedded personal computer (PC) business of industrial use.
