ANNOUNCEMENT

CHANGE OF NAME OF A SUBSIDIARY

CWT Limited ('CWT' or the 'Group') today announced that its subsidiary Quality Logistic Warehousing B.V. has changed its name to CWT Commodities Metals B.V. with effect from November 3, 2015.

CWT Commodities Metals B.V. is 100% owned by CWT Europe B.V., the 70%-held European division under the Group's wholly-owned commodity logistics business arm CWT Commodities Pte Ltd.

The name change was due to business alignment and branding strategy to tap on the CWT brand. There will be no disruption to business continuity as a result of the change in company name.
