Ct Environmental Group Limited Announces Appointment of He Jingyong as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and A Member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee

The board of directors of CT Environmental Group Limited announced that, Mr. He Jingyong has appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the company with effect from 24 January 2019. Mr. He Jingyong, aged 57, has over 34 years of experience in corporate banking. From 1993 to 2006, Mr. He held various positions in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China ("ICBC"), Zengcheng sub-branch in Guangdong Province, of which he was appointed as the president in 2008. He was the vice president of ICBC Guangzhou branch during 2016 to 2018.
