NOTICE OF DELISTING OF NOTES
CREDITO REAL, S.A.B. DE C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R.
Notes listed on the exchange regulated market (Euro MTF) of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE)
CREDITO REAL, S.A.B. DE C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R. ("Crédito Real") has decided in agreement with the Luxembourg Stock Exchange ("LuxSE") and in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the LuxSE to withdraw the following notes from the Official List of the LuxSE and from trading on the exchange regulated market (Euro MTF) of the LuxSE (together, the "Notes"):
CreditoReal 8% 21/01/2028 Reg S (ISIN: USP32506AE09)
The withdrawal of the Notes from the Official List of the LuxSE and from trading on the exchange regulated market (Euro MTF) of the LuxSE will be effective on April 30, 2024.
Crédito Real is delisting the Notes following the opening of bankruptcy judicial proceedings (Concurso Mercantil) in Mexico which are currently in the stage of acknowledgement, graduation and ranking of creditors, as part of the conciliatory phase.
