Change in the Executive Management of CREALOGIX AG
Change of leadership in the CREALOGIX E-Payment division.
The head of the CREALOGIX E-Payment business unit and member of the Executive Management up until now, Dr Werner Truöl, will leave CREALOGIX as of the end of April 2015. Due to differing approaches with regard to strategic alignment, it was mutually agreed to dissolve the employment relationship. Dr. Giorgio Marco di Buzzi will assume the management of the division, effective immediately. He was previously head of Marketing & Sales in this business unit.
The Board of Directors thanks Werner Truöl for his great commitment and his work for CREALOGIX E-Payment these past four years. The Board wishes him all the best for both his personal and his professional future.
