CREAL, a service that allows asset management from 10000 yen, is a real estate fund online market where users can invest in nursery schools and others. CREAL Partners, which can manage assets from 10 million yen, is an asset management service for individual investors who can invest in pre-owned residences in Tokyo metropolitan area. CREAL Pro, which manages assets from 100 million yen, is an asset management service through investment in large-scale real estate for institutional investors and ultra-rich people. It also provides CREAL buyer, a property evaluation and purchase system; CREAL concierge, manages property balances and contracts online, and CREAL manager, a property rental management system.
