Register Capital:
5,000,000 Baht which divided into 500,000 ordinary shares,
with the par value of 10 Baht per share
(Plan to increase registered capital to 100,000,000 Baht later)
Objective
To operate a business related to digital assets as a digital asset brokerage for
of Incorporation:
any person with respect to the trading or exchange of digital assets
Shareholder Structure:
The Company hold 99.99% of the total shares of Pi Digital Co., Ltd.
Source of Fund:
Cash from working capital
Board of Director's
The Board of Directors approved the investment in a new subsidiary company as
opinion:
it will benefit the Company in the long term
The transaction is not classified as a connected transaction, and the size of the transaction is not subject to the requirement pursuant to the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. TorJor. 20/2551 Re: Rules on the Entering into Material Transaction Deemed as the Acquisition or Disposition of Assets (and as amended), and the Notification of the Board of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Disclosure of Information and Other Acts of Listed Companies Concerning the Acquisition and Disposition of Asset, B.E. 2547 (and as amended).
