Costar Technologies, Inc. Announces Results of 2022 Annual Meeting of

Stockholders

Coppell, Texas - September 29, 2022 - Costar Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC Markets Group: CSTI) announced today the results of the Company's 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders that was held on September 29, 2022. The results have been certified by Computershare, Inc., the Company's transfer agent. A representative of Computershare, Inc. attended the meeting and acted as the Inspector of Elections and Stockholder Votes.

The certified results confirm that each of the Company's six director nominees was elected to the Board by a substantial margin. The Company's six directors are Sally Washlow, Alan B. Howe, Scott Switzer, Christopher J. Pappano, Guy E.J. Phillips and Robert Tirva. The certified results also confirm the ratification and selection of FORVIS LLP (formerly BKD LLP) as the Company's independent registered public accountants for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022. Approximately 1.65 million shares, or 76.80% of the Company's issued and outstanding shares, were represented at the meeting.
