Cermaq ASA has today acquired 100,000 shares in 
Copeinca ASA  at a price of NOK 59.50 per share. 
Cermaq now owns 13,482,495 shares in Copeinca, 
corresponding to 19.2% of the shares outstanding. In 
addition, as previously announced, Cermaq has entered 
into irrevocable agreements with major shareholders 
of Copeinca for the sale of 22,663,230 Copeinca 
shares and thus if the agreements are completed 
controls in total 36,145,725 shares corresponding to 
51.5% of the shares of Copeinca. 

Mr. Jon Hindar, the CEO of Cermaq is a board member 
in Copeinca.
