Convergys celebrates 10 years in El Salvador

(San Salvador, El Salvador, January 23, 2015) Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), the global provider of customer management, is celebrating 10 years in El Salvador and announced the creation of 400 new jobs in the country. Mr. Oscar Ortiz, Vice President of the Republic of El Salvador and Mr. William Granadino, President of PROESA (the Export and Investment Promotion Agency of El Salvador) honored the company with their presence. 

The 26,000+ square meter facility is the home to employees providing service in English and Spanish to customers from some of the top telecommunications, retail and technology companies in the world. The four-story building features cutting edge technology with advanced network capabilities, conference rooms, a modern employee lounge, study rooms, gym, full-service cafeteria, ample parking lots, private breast-feeding rooms and many other amenities for employees.
