Ferrer y Carvajal, S.L. acquired Investigación de Soluciones Técnicas, S.L. from Commcenter, S.A. (CATS:CMM) on October 10, 2014. The transaction was approved by the shareholders of Ferrer y Carvajal, S.L. and Investigación de Soluciones Técnicas, S.L. Under the terms of the acquisition, Investigación de Soluciones Técnicas will be absorbed by Ferrer y Carvajal. María Josefa Rodríguez González-Carvajal acted as administrator for Ferrer y Carvajal and Investigación de Soluciones Técnicas.
