Cominix Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3173) acquired 98.1% stake in Toshin Shokai Co., Ltd. from Yasunari Murota and other shareholders on August 21, 2020. Under this transaction, Cominix acquired 471,200 shares of Toshin Shokai for 98.1% stake. During this transaction, Yasunari Murota and five other shareholders hold 81.36% and 16.81 respectively in Toshin Shokai. In addition, Cominix plan to proceed with the procedure for making it a wholly owned subsidiary in order to maximize the synergistic effect of this transaction. The effect of the share acquisition on the Cominix's consolidated business results for the fiscal year ending March 2021 is immaterial.
