Colorpak lodges court orders with ASIC and applies for share trading on the ASX to be suspended

Colorpak Ltd ("Colorpak") confirms that today it has lodged an office copy of the Court order made by the Supreme Court of Victoria with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") approving the scheme of arrangement under which a wholly owned subsidiary of Graphic Packaging International, Inc. ("Graphic Packaging International") will acquire all of the issued shares in Colorpak.

Accordingly, the Scheme is now legally effective. Under the terms of the Scheme, subject to the payment of the scheme consideration, all of the issued shares in Colorpak will be transferred to Graphic Packaging International Australia Pty Limited on the Implementation Date, which is scheduled to occur on Friday 29 April 2016.

Colorpak will be applying to the ASX for its shares to be suspended from trading at the close of trading today.
