COL Financial Group, Inc. announced that immediately after the stockholders' meeting, the newly elected directors convened for an organizational meeting to appoint/elect the following corporate officers and members of the various committees. List of elected officers for the ensuring year are: Edward K. Lee as e Chairman; Alexander C. Yu as Vice Chairman; Conrado F. Bate as President and CEO; Catherine L. Ong as Treasurer and CFO; Caesar A. Guerzon as Corporate Secretary; Juan G. Barredo as Assistant Corporate Secretary; and Sharon T. Lim as Assistant Corporate Secretary.
