COL Financial Group, Inc. announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 15 May 2017, approved acceptance of the resignation of Atty. Caesar A. Guerzon as a member of the Board of Directors effective 15 May 2017 and also approved the election of Mr. Kido Hokushin as Director to fill up the positon vacated of Atty. Guerzon. Mr. Hokushin will serve as a Director for the remaining term of office of Atty. Guerzon.
