On September 26, 2012, Mr. Alan Morell retired and separated from service as the Chief Executive Officer of CMG Holdings, Inc. and as the Chairperson of the company's Board of Directors. Mr. Jim Ennis has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. Mr. Morell resignation and retirement was not as a result of any disagreement with the company on its operations, policies or practices.
Mr. Ennis most recently served as the company's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Finance Officer since February 2008. Mr. Ennis has over 18 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning and corporate development. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Ennis served as a Wealth Management Advisor in the global private client group, wealth management and investment advisory firms of Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch from 2004 to 2007.
From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Ennis served as Director of Finance for Octagon Worldwide, Inc.
