RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of KVB Kunlun Financial Group Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Ng Chee Hung Frederick ("Mr. Ng") has tendered resignation as executive director of the Company with effect from 17 November 2017 due to his future personal engagements which require more of his dedication.

Mr. Ng has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter regarding his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Ng for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of office.
