Clinigen CTS and CSM businesses combine and rebrand

as Clinigen Clinical Supplies Management

Clinigen Group plc ('Clinigen' or the 'Group'), the global pharmaceutical and services company, today announces the rebranding of its CTS business and CSM as a single business, called Clinigen Clinical Supplies Management, effective immediately.

The fully combined Clinigen Clinical Supplies Management business comprises a market-leading clinical trial supplies service with comparator sourcing, packaging and labelling with biological sample management. It delivers tailored solutions to pharma and biotech customers from Phase I to Phase IV projects, offering a full suite of cGMP-compliant services as part of Clinigen's global supply chain facility and depot network.

As part of the rebranding, Clinigen Clinical Supplies Management has a new website at: www.clinigencsm.com.

Clinigen acquired CSM in September 2018 for a total consideration of $239.5 million to expand its global supply and distribution network in strategically important regions, particularly Continental Europe.
