Clarion SA Agroindustrial, formerly Encomind Agroindustrial SA, is a Brazil-based company engaged in the food processing sector. The Company manufactures and sells soybean, corn and olive oil, crude, degummed and refined, soy and corn bran, sugar and ethyl alcohol. The Company’s products are available in the wholesale and retail channel under various brands, including Amoroso, Clarion, Monarquia, Namorado, Parati and Raca Forte, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had three industrial units in the Brazilian states of Sao Paulo, Mato Grosso and Parana. As of May 31, 2012, Manaca SA Armarzens Gerais e Administracao, with a 99.79% stake in Clarion SA Agroindustrial, was the major shareholder of the Company.
