Combined General Meeting of April 11, 2014 - Availability of preparatory documentation

Paris la Défense, March 21, 2014 - Ciments Français informs its shareholders that they are convened to the Combined General Meeting on Friday April 11, 2014 at 11.00 a.m., at the Centre de Conférences Coeur Défense, 110 Esplanade du Général de Gaulle, La Défense 4, 92050 Paris La Défense.

The notice convening the meeting containing the agenda and draft resolutions was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires (BALO) n°29 dated March 7, 2014.

Documents pertaining to the General Meeting convened on April 11, 2014 may be:

  1. either sent to the shareholders upon their request submitted to Société Générale, Service des Assemblées, CS 30812, 44308 Nantes cedex 03, as from the date of convening the Meeting up to five days prior to said Meeting; 

  2. or kept available at the company's head office as from the date of convening the meeting and for at least 15 days prior to said Meeting.  

It will be proposed to the General Meeting convened on April 11, 2014 to approve the payment of a net dividend of 3 euros per share for 2013. Considering that an interim dividend of 1.50 euro was paid on August 7, 2013, the dividend balance to be paid after the General Meeting, i.e. 1.50 euro per share, will be payable as from May 5, 2014 (ex-dividend date: April 29, 2014).
