CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board (the ''Board") of directors (the ''Directors") of China Chuanglian Financial Education Group Limited (the ''Company") announces that Mr. Sung Chi Keung ("Mr. Sung") has tendered his resignation as the company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary"), the chief financial officer of the Company (the 'Chief Financial Officer") and authorised representative of the Company (the "Authorised Representative") under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) with effect from 8 October 2019. Mr. Sung has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board.

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Or Wing Keung ("Mr. Or') has been appointed as the Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and the Authorised Representative with effect from 8 October 2019.

Mr. Or, aged 49, obtained his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting and Finance, from The University of Hong Kong. He is an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Before joining the Company, Mr. Or was the financial controller and company secretary of Sheng Yuan Holdings Limited from June 2009 to August 2019, a company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Or has over 27 years of experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, auditing and corporate financial.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Sung for his contribution to the Company during his tenure of office and welcome Mr. Or for his new appointment.
