Chorokbaem Media Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A047820) acquired 95.86% stake in Ara Corporation from Jin Equity Ridge 1 Private Equity Partnership for KRW 41.4 billion on October 23, 2019. Under the terms, consideration will paid in cash. Chorokbaem Media Co., Ltd. will acquire 4487 shares of Ara Corporation for KRW 9.2 million per share.
