Chongqing Fuling Electric Power Industrial Co. Ltd. (SHSE:600452) agreed to acquire remaining 5% stake in Chongqing Guanghua Technology Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Leaguer Digital TV Co. Ltd. on September 20, 2012. Following the completion of the deal, Chongqing Guanghua Technology will become wholly owned subsidiary of Chongqing Fuling Electric Power Industrial. The Board of Chongqing Fuling Electric Power Industrial approved the deal. As of September 24, 2012, the transaction was approved by the shareholders of Chongqing Fuling Electric Power Industrial Co. Ltd.

Chongqing Fuling Electric Power Industrial Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in power grid operation and distribution network energy conservation business. The Company operates its businesses through two segments. The Power Grid Business segment is mainly engaged in the supply and sale of electricity, power dispatching and power resource development; it is engaged in the design, installation and dispatching of power transmission and transformation projects; power testing, design, wiring, adjustment and maintenance. The Energy-Saving Business segment is mainly engaged in providing energy-saving transformation and energy-efficiency comprehensive management solutions for energy-saving and loss-reducing distribution network, mainly including distribution network energy efficiency management system, multi-level linkage and regional comprehensive management.
