Ascent International Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Wong Yik Chung John as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of its Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Ascent International Holdings Limited announced that with effect from 20 September 2017, Mr. Wong Yik Chung John resigned as an independent non-executive director, a member of each of the audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee of the company, as to devote more time to his other career commitments.
