In November and December 2012, China Integrated Energy invited several lecturers from professional training institutions to help train the staff and team. To further improve the company's operations and execution, the training elaborated on the ways to improve a sense of responsibility, strengthen results-oriented management, create a positive and grateful mindset, and think like a wolf -- meaning to always maintain an acute awareness of crisis and to fight with all of one's individual and group strength against all competitors. More than 50 employees, including senior and mid-level management and frontline staff, participated in the training and interacted with the lecturers.

Enlightened and inspired by the training, the participants believed that they would put their new knowledge into practice to enhance their operations and improve the company's success in the future.

Employees are very important to the sustainable development of any company, and staff training is also a crucial part of every successful company. The competitiveness of a company largely depends on the competitive strengths and working capability of its staff and all its employees.
