The highly-anticipated Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed rail line commenced operations on December 26, 2012. The EI32-JD Railway Interlocking Systems ("RIS") connecting 30 stations of Beijing-Shijiazhuang and Shijiazhuang-Wuhan high-speed rail lines provided by Beijing Jiaoda Microunion Co., Ltd ("BJM", the "Company") have been put into operation smoothly. It symbolizes the Company's another successful RIS implementation on high speed rail line following Zhengzhou-Xi'an high-speed rail line, Wenzhou-Fuzhou passenger special line, Fuzhou-Xiamen passenger special line, Hainan east-ring line, Changchun-Jilin urban rail transit, Qinhuangdao -Shenyang passenger special line and Hankou-Yichang passenger special line.

Beijing-Guangzhou high speed rail, an important vertical line among the nation's "four vertical and four horizontal" high-speed railway passenger transport network, runs through the north and south of the country. Supported by CTCS3-class train control system, the signaling system is a critical technological equipment to ensure safety operation and enhance the efficiency of train operation. As an important part of the signaling system, the RIS system, apart from stratifying the requirement of general RIS technology, also meets the need of high speed rail operation which requires large process capacity for safety information.  

Beijing-Shijiazhuang, and Shijiazhuang-Wuhan high-speed rail line is the northern portion of the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed rail line which has a designated traveling speed of 350km/h. Since the project started in 2010, the Company has overcome a lot of difficulties on engineering and technology (including RIS special line for Beijing west hub, interconnection between Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan passenger special line in Shijiazhuang Hub and Beijing-Shijiazhuang passenger special line, and integration of lines among Zhengzhou east hub) through in-depth study and scientific analysis on design demand, programming and engineering implementation as well as on-site operation, project commissioning and acceptance testing. This year, the project entered a critical period for construction and commissioning, the Company has especially taken stringent policies and efficient management on each process including special designing, R&D, production, installation, commissioning, A&T, rectification and user training according to customer's requirements, which laid a solid foundation for the opening of Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed rail line. The project was highly appraised by customers. The Company has received blessings and thank you notes from Integration Project Department of Heinan Session and Heibei session of Shijiazhuang-Wuhan passenger special line of China Railway Construction Electrification Bureau Group respectively.

The success commencement of the RIS System for Beijing-Shijiazhuang and Shijiazhuang-Wuhan high-speed rail line marked the company's another tremendous achievement in China's railway signaling area.
