INSIDE INFORMATION

This announcement is made pursuant to the provisions of Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance and Rule 13.09 of the Listing Rules.

Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 8 March 2017 and 23 June 2017, in which Hainan Aerospace, a joint venture of the Company, decided to withdraw from the land development project of the Complex Zone of the Launching Site in Hainan, as well as the Municipal Government of Wenchang shall repay the balance of investment amount and related expenses to Hainan Aerospace of RMB1,043,808,100 on or before 31 December 2019.

The Board of Directors announces that, being informed by Hainan Aerospace, Hainan Aerospace has received the repayment of the balance of investment amount and related expenses of RMB1,043,808,100 on 13 December 2019.

Unless otherwise stated, terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 8 March 2017.
