Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (ASX:CLW) entered into an agreement to acquire Urban Renewal Precinct at 56 Edmonstone Road for AUD 90.8 million on December 4, 2017. Charter Hall Long WALE REIT will undertake entitlement offer to raise AUD 94.1 million to fund the acquisition and associated transaction costs. The entitlement offer is underwritten by UBS AG, Australia Branch. On December 8, 2017, Charter Hall Long WALE REIT announced that retail entitlement offer will close on December 19, 2017. Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (ASX:CLW) completed the acquisition of Urban Renewal Precinct at 56 Edmonstone Road on January 4, 2018.
