NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Changhong Jiahua Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at Unit 1412, 14/F, West Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong on Tuesday, 23 April 2019, to consider and approve, among others, the unaudited first quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended 31 March 2019 and its publication, and to consider the payment of a dividend (if any).

As at the date of this announcement, the executive directors of the Company are Mr. Zhao Yong, Mr. Zhu Jianqiu, Mr. Yang Jun and Mr. Luo Yongping and the independent non-executive directors of the Company are Mr. Jonathan Chan Ming Sun, Mr. Robert Ip Chun Chung, Mr. Sun Dongfeng and Mr. Cheng Yuk Kin.
