Chandler Macleod : CMG Joins Australian Network on Disability

Today marks the 'International Day of People with Disability', an ideal time to announce that Chandler Macleod has recently become a member of the Australian Network on Disability ('AND').

"We are committed to promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion, both across our business and also with our clients. Through our partnership with employment organisations such as Job Support we already help people with disability realise their full potential within our offices, and have been rewarded with committed, loyal employees who are a delight to work with. Becoming a member of the Australian Network on Disability is another way we can make a difference in the lives of people with disability, and assist our clients to meet their diversity objectives", said Daman Patterson, Chief People Officer.

Richard Barnett, Business Manager for Technology Recruitment NSW / ACT, has been on the Board of AND since 2008, and introduced the network to Daman who saw the benefits to Chandler Macleod of joining.

Richard commented "15% of Australians of working age identify as having some sort of disability. AND membership will provide us with a range of practical assistance in areas such as strategy, recruitment and employment, to help Chandler Macleod unleash the potential of this substantial section of the workforce."
