Cham Paper Group Holding AG reported earnings results for the year 2013. For the year, the company reported that as a result of the paper machines in Cham being taken out of service at the end of June 2012 and March 2013, net turnover fell as expected by 17.3% to CHF 231.3 million against CHF 279.7 million a year ago. EBIT amounted to CHF 3.2 million the same as the previous year and net profit totalled CHF 0.4 million up from loss of CHF 1.2 million in the preceding year.

Free cash flow in the year under review achieved CHF 16.7 million against CHF 8.1 million in the previous year. The company reduced net debt by a further CHF 21.6 million, meaning that the company is now free of net debt and has cash reserves of CHF 53.4 million.
