    Approval of Financial Statements for the Year Ended 31 December 2009 and
    Declaration of a Dividend

The Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held 
on Wednesday 31 March 2010 approved, in accordance with the proposal by the 
Board of Directors, the parent company and the consolidated financial 
statements for the year ended 31 December 2009.

The parent company posted net profit of EUR203,709.98. After deduction of a
EUR22,749.44 loss carried over, the General Meeting resolved to pay a dividend
of EUR179,387.04, the balance to be carried forward being EUR1,573.50.

The General Meeting consequently resolved to distribute a dividend of EUR0.21
per share, the dividend payment date being 15 April 2010.

The parent company and the consolidated financial statements as well as the
statutory auditors' report are contained in the Annual Financial Report for 
the year ended 31 December 2009. The Annual Financial Report was released on 
19 April 2010 and is now available on the company's website www.cfi-france.com
