Hebei Far East Communication System Engineering Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 352,540,000 in an equity round of funding on December 30, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, GCI Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002544) to retain 100% stake in the company. Out of the total gross proceeds, CNY 100,000,000 will go to registered capital, and its registered capital will increase from CNY 200,000,000 to CNY 300,000,000. The transaction has been approved in the 24th meeting of the 5th directorate of the investor and does not need its shareholders’ approval.
