UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF

THE NEW GAMING TABLE BUSINESS RIGHTS IN CAMBODIA

This announcement is made by Century Entertainment International Holdings Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

References are made to the announcements (the "Announcements") of the Company dated 2 April 2020, 6 July 2020, 30 September 2020 and 5 February 2021 in relation to, among other things, the Temporary Closure Demand, the notification by the Assignor regarding its decision to relocate the Casino from the Sunshine Bay Hotel to Dara Sakor, the Amendments and the latest status on the re-opening of the New Casino. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined.

As disclosed in the Announcements, it was expected that the mass market of the New Casino could be re-opened by March 2021. Unfortunately, the happening of the community spread of COVID-19 Epidemic in Cambodia since 20 February 2021 (the "February 20 Community Incident") has further hindered the economy activities in Cambodia. As at the date of this announcement, certain lockdown measures have been imposed across a number of districts in Cambodia to address the February 20 Community Incident.

The Company was informed by the Assignor that it has decided to defer the re-opening preparation works of the New Casino (including the mass market) amid the spread of the February 20 Community Incident.

Upon further enquiry, the Company was given to understand that necessary decoration and equipment installation have been completed for the New Gaming Tables but pending for systems testing and provision of training to casino staff. Upon further negotiation, in view of the current strict lockdown measures imposed to address the February 20 Community Incident, it is believed that the February 20 Community Incident would not last for too long and subject to the development of the February 20 Community Incident, the New Casino will strive for re-opening on or before late April 2021.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
