China Oil Gangran Energy Group Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Clay Huen has resigned as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the remuneration committee of the Company and a member of each of the audit committee of the Company and the nomination committee of the Company with effect from 13 December 2019 due to his other work commitments.
